Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Would I Buy? (“the Service”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The service
Would I Buy? provides AI-powered analysis of publicly accessible web pages. The Service renders pages in a real browser, applies a deterministic rules pass, classifies the page purpose and audience, scores nine conversion signals, and generates a buyer-perspective narrative. Results are advisory in nature and do not constitute professional marketing, legal, or business consulting.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One person or legal entity may not operate more than one free account.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit URLs to pages you do not have authorisation to evaluate.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or abuse usage limits or billing controls.
- Use automated scripts to submit bulk analyses beyond your plan allowance.
- Reverse-engineer, reproduce, or redistribute the scoring engine, prompts, or analysis outputs at scale for a competing product.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including data protection law.
- Introduce malicious code, interfere with the Service's infrastructure, or conduct any form of denial-of-service attack.
4. Your content and reports
Analysis reports generated for your account are yours to use, share, publish, and reference. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (URLs, notes). By submitting a URL you confirm you have the right to have that page analysed.
You grant us a limited licence to process submitted URLs and page content solely for the purpose of delivering the analysis. We do not use your page content to train AI models.
5. Intellectual property
The Would I Buy? name, brand, scoring framework, analysis engine, and platform software are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of them to you.
6. Payment and billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Pay-per-report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated.
- If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the balance is settled.
- Refund requests for subscription charges are handled case-by-case; contact hello@wouldibuy.com within 14 days of the charge.
7. Free tier
Free accounts include a lifetime allowance of 5 analyses. We reserve the right to adjust this allowance with notice. Free accounts are for personal, non-automated use only.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that analysis results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular business decision.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £50. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give you reasonable notice where possible. You may delete your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled on deletion.
11. Changes to the service
We may modify, limit, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice. We will not make material reductions to a paid plan without offering a refund for the affected period.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
